Welkom op Utrecht Centraal, het belangrijkste trein knooppunt van Nederland.
Deze cache is een ode aan alle reisverhalen van geocachers. Een goed reisverhaal wordt zeer op prijs gesteld 
Het station ligt ten westen van de Utrechtse binnenstad. Per dag stappen er op het station dagelijks circa 188.933 reizigers in of uit in meer dan 900 vertrekkende treinen per dag. Met jaarlijks 57 miljoen reizigers is Utrecht Centraal het drukste station van Nederland.
De geschiedenis van Station Utrecht Centraal kan in ruwweg vier perioden worden ingedeeld: de eerste periode van 1843 tot en met 1938-1940 toen Utrecht verschillende stations had voor de diverse richtingen en spoorwegmaatschappijen. Vanaf 1909 kreeg het station al wel de benaming Centraal Station, en begon de centralisatie. De tweede periode van 1938-1940 tot en met 1973 toen Utrecht CS (volledig) een Centraal Station was geworden met een stationsgebouw van Sybold van Ravesteyn, de derde periode vanaf 1973 tot en met 2016-2018 toen Utrecht Centraal onderdeel uitmaakte van het Hoog Catharijne-complex en de vierde periode vanaf 2016-2018, toen het station in 2016 was omgebouwd tot een OV-terminal, en vanaf 2018 losgekoppeld was van het Hoog Catharijne-complex en het station een op zich zelf staand onderdeel was geworden van een herontwikkeld stationsgebied.

B: Ook een foto maken met de stations borden van je eindbestemming. (Zie voorbeeld)
C: optioneel, vertel in je log welke cache de moeite waard is bij het uitstap station. Vertel je reisverhaal aan mede-cachers
Je hoeft zelf niet herkenbaar in beeld maar neem dan een voorwerp met lognaam op in je foto.
Voor de niet treinreizende cachers onder ons zijn er verschillende stations op <10 min fietsen afstand.

Welcome to Utrecht Central, the main train hub of the Netherlands. The station is located to the west of Utrecht's city center. In 2014, around 176,292 passengers boarded or alighted daily at this station, with more than 900 departing trains each day. With an annual ridership of 57 million passengers, Utrecht Central is the busiest station in the Netherlands.
The history of Utrecht Central Station can be roughly divided into four periods: the first period from 1843 to 1938-1940, when Utrecht had several stations for different directions and railway companies. From 1909, the station was already named Central Station, and centralization began. The second period from 1938-1940 to 1973, when Utrecht CS became fully established as a Central Station with a station building designed by Sybold van Ravesteyn. The log assignment To log this virtual cache, you must:

You do not need to be recognizable in the photo yourself, but include an object with your log name in the photo. For non-train-traveling cachers, there are various stations within a 10-minute bike ride.
