Pomnik Morsa znajduje się przy głównym wejściu na plażę (ul. Kościuszki).
Jest symbolem organizowanych w Mielnie od 2004 roku Międzynarodowych Zlotów Morsów, na które przybywają tysiące miłośników zimowych kąpieli.
To właśnie w Mielnie w 2010 roku miało miejsce bicie rekordu Guinessa w kategorii: „Największe Zanurzenie Misiów Polarnych”.
Każdemu zlotowi morsów towarzyszy inne hasło przewodnie. W 2024 roku podczas XXI Zlotu, w Bałtyku jednocześnie wykąpały się 8493 Morsy.
Autorem pomnika jest poznański rzeźbiarz - Robert Sobociński. Na pewno jest to jedyny taki pomnik w Polsce, a być może i na świecie.
Zadanie 1
Jak zapewne już się domyśliłeś, na współrzędnych startowych będziesz musiał zrobić spersonalizowane zdjęcie z panem (a może panią :)) morsem. Na zdjęciu musi znajdować się coś, co pozwoli Cię zidentyfikować, a więc karteczka z nickiem, gps, prawdziwy mors... wróć, lepiej nie. Ale na zdjęciu możesz być również Ty.
Zadanie 2
Kilka kroków od dużego morsa (waypoint Mors Leszek), znajdziesz pomnik z mniejszym osobnikiem. Nazywa się Leszek, i jest instruktorem WOPR. Także z nim zrób swoje spersonalizowane zdjęcie.
Logi bez zdjęć będą usuwane. Takie zasady :)

The Walrus Monument is located at the main entrance to the beach (ul. Kościuszki).
It is a symbol of the International Walrus Rally organized in Mielno since 2004,
which attracts thousands of winter bathing enthusiasts.
It was in Mielno that in 2010 the Guinness World Record was broken in the category: "The Largest Immersion of Polar Bears".
Each walrus rally is accompanied by a different motto. In 2024, during the 21st Rally 8493, the Walruses bathed in the Baltic Sea at the same time.
The author of the monument is a sculptor from Poznań - Robert Sobociński. It is certainly the only such monument in Poland, and perhaps in the world.
Task 1
As you've probably already guessed, you'll need to take a personalized photo with Mr. (or maybe Mrs. :)) the walrus. There must be something in the photo that will allow you to be identified, i.e. a piece of paper with your nickname, GPS, a real walrus... come back, it's better not to. But you can also be in the photo.
Task 2
A few steps from the large walrus, you will find a monument with a smaller individual. His name is Leszek, and he is a WOPR instructor. Take your personalized photo with it too.

Es ist ein Symbol der Internationalen Walross-Rallye, die seit 2004 in Mielno stattfindet.

In Mielno wurde 2010 der Guinness-Weltrekord in der Kategorie „Das größte Eintauchen von Eisbären“ gebrochen.
Jede Walross-Rallye steht unter einem anderen Motto. Im Jahr 2024, während der 21. Rallye 8493, badeten gleichzeitig die Walrosse in der Ostsee.
Der Autor des Denkmals ist ein Bildhauer aus Posen – Robert Sobociński. Es ist sicherlich das einzige Denkmal dieser Art in Polen und vielleicht sogar weltweit.
Aufgabe 1
Wie Sie wahrscheinlich schon vermutet haben, müssen Sie ein personalisiertes Foto mit Herrn (oder vielleicht auch Frau :)), dem Walross, machen. Auf dem Foto muss etwas zu sehen sein, mit dem Sie identifiziert werden können, z. B. ein Zettel mit Ihrem Spitznamen, GPS, ein echtes Walross ... kommen Sie zurück, es ist besser, es nicht zu tun. Du kannst aber auch auf dem Foto sein.
Aufgabe 2
Ein paar Schritte vom großen Walross entfernt finden Sie ein Denkmal mit einem kleineren Individuum. Sein Name ist Leszek und er ist WOPR-Lehrer. Nehmen Sie auch Ihr persönliches Foto mit.
