Where the President of Fiji lives, there is a 24/7 guard on duty. Like the guards in London, you can take a photo of them but don't expect them to smile 
. If the guard on duty is wearing navy blue then it is the police force on duty. If the guard is in red then it is the army on duty. They swap every month or so with a full marching band.
To complete this cache you must take a photo of your Geocache name on a piece of paper, being held in front of the sign for the house that the President of Fiji lives in.
