Guide falls is located 20 minutes outside of Burnie where you'll find a wonderful waterfall. With plenty of parking for cars and caravans it’s certainly accessible to a wide range of people. With BBQ areas and picnic tables supplied it’s a perfect spot for lunch! with multiple viewing platforms and even a walk down to the base of the waterfall where you can touch the water (be careful of very slippery rocks!) There are many photo opportunities for this cache! Guide falls unfortunately isn’t accessible at night.
To log this Virtual cache find:
1. We require you to take a photo of a Geocacher or Personal item representing you in the photo with the waterfall. This can be from the above viewing platforms or down at the waterfall base.
2. We require you to go to waypoint 2 and answer the following question: What is one of the three caution/warnings on the sign at the 2nd waypoint?
3. Please send your photo and answer for the previous questions to the CO. You may include the photo in your log if you’d like but not required.
Please don’t include the answer the question #2 in your log.
