In 1930, Joe Roberts’ nephew, Henry Hartin, ran the post office from the Roberts and Young Place, renamed Mint Ranch. Henry’s father, John, was a blacksmith at Walnut Creek in 1887. The ranch is now part of the Pierce’s Bar Triangle Ranch owned by Michael Pierce and his wife, Pam.
Night Caches
Night caches can be a lot of fun, but they can also be rather spooky, especially in the forest.
