Leap Day only comes around every four years (with some exceptions). In 2024, it is on a Thursday. So having a 10am event as I did in 2020 won't work because many people work. So let's try a quick lunch event.
The location is the parking lot at Red Rose Commons. There is no shelter. There are food opportunities nearby. But there are no tables. It's people, dogs, vehicles, and smiles. On February 29, 2020, it was really cold with some snowflakes. If the weather is frightful, we will adjust how much we interact. But it could be 60F and sunny. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
We will take a picture at 12:15pm and some before and after to try to include everyone. Stop by, sign the log, say hello, meet some cachers, and then head out for food or more caches to add to your February 29th calendar.
