When at the Given Coordinates, please observe two medium large AT&T boxes both with 116 on them.
Approach the boxes, and locate a MILBANK MANUFACTURING placard that has a number starting with 11116 on it.
Using that same number, skip the next digit, and call the next one after it X.
The final coordinate's North is found using this math:
Given North - X = Final North.
Remember the digit you skipped? Please now call it Y.
The final coordinate's West is found using these two steps:
First multiply 4 times Y, and call it W (or 4 x Y = W)
Remember X? The West offset is W-X.
Please make the appropriate adjustment to the West coordinates.
