Geocache Description:

While checking on my existing FYI hides in these parks (see GCA7D4W and GCA7D53) I spotted a new location had been created which was just perfect to fit in another cache.

Cadley Park and Coronation Park are two new open spaces situated on the site of the former Cadley Hill Colliery. The mine was the last deep mine to close in South Derbyshire, following which the site was operated as an opencast mine. Remediation of the site subsequently took place to provide a new community where people can enjoy the park, golf facilities and areas of residential and commercial development.

There is a nice series of traditional caches in the parks as well as the two FYIs which are designed to take you to the information boards that will tell you more about the parks and the history of the area. You should pass this location en route.

Please note the attributes and rehide the cache exactly where I placed it - it is deliberately a bit of a stretch to discourage curious muggles and you will need a TOTT to help you retrieve it and replace it - if you can't do both then please don't attempt it. I put it where I did deliberately.
