The cache is not hidden at the posted coordinates and it is not necessary to visit the place to get the final coordinates. However, you can see there one of the tourist offices. They certainly work with maps when planning trips for their clients.
The maps are interesting, especially the older paper ones are nice. They can often describe one place in different ways. If you don't get confused, you can find the place you need.
Just in case, a local cacher will provide maintenance assistance.
