There are many songbirds in the Australian bush but my favourite, and the most common in this area, is the Grey Shrike-thrush. It is probably the beautifully clear and melodious, rhythmic bell like melody you hear frequently when walking this trail. Their appearance is not so spectacular however, being mostly grey or brown, although this can vary in other parts of Australia. They are found all over Australia except in the most arid parts of the country.
Listen out for them in in any kind of forest. Look for them high up amongst the tree branches, or even hopping vigorously along the ground.
You are looking for a regular sized cache.
Congratulations FTF Lionjrb.
