We have been invited to hold a Geocaching event at Wantage Library to promote Geocaching.
The library will be promoting this event which will hopefully raise interest from muggles who will come along to find out what this game is all about. We shall be bringing along examples of different types of Geocaches and other aids to help demonstrate our amazing game.
We shall be placing several new caches to coincide with this event with a new puzzle cache in the library going live at 11:00, and a number of different types and sizes of caches around Wantage including a Virtual, a EarthCache a Wherigo, a Multi and a Letterbox going live at 12:00, and an Adventure Lab with bonus cache going live at 14:00 to coincide with the nearby CITO.
Why not come along and help promote this wonderful game, this will be an opportunity to meet up with old friends, make new friends and hopefully grow the game.
There is free parking next to the library in Waitrose car park, but only for 1 1/2 hours.
Alternatively you can park nearby for free for 2 hours at Sainsburys or pay and display at Mill Street, Portway or Limborough Road car parks. You may also find on-street parking along Garston Lane or Humber Close and their side roads.
