Geocache Description:

I've lived in the Bronx for most of my life and recently became an avid geocacher. I hope to fill the borough up with fun caches. We've got lots of catching up to do!

This is my first cache and my first time at Ferry Point. The wide open spaces, clean paths and beautiful view make for a great place to unwind. For anyone who wants to reach lower Manhattan without getting on the subway or driving on the FDR, the ferry from here will get you to Wall St in just under an hour.

First verified find gets a coffee for their next stroll in the park - on me!
