A quick and easy driveby cache to find when passing through the town of Owen.
The area was First settled in about 1865 and was officially named as a town on 1 May 1879. As of the 2016 census, Owen had a population of 261 in the town and 511 including the surrounding farmland. The town has a bit to offer a tourist that are passing through they have 72 Hour accomedation for self contained travelers at the Oval, Silo Art, A 4km walking tour of the town, Wetlands and I have heard the pub does a great meal as well.
