To celebrate Geocaching Village Hall Week
18th – 24th March 2024
This will be the 30th Flitwick Friday Coffee Morning event and has been timed to coincide with Village Hall Week. Unfortunately it also coincides with the usual host being unavailable, so here I am hosting instead.
It is an event that MANDMADEandMAN started after we were made aware that, for some geocachers, it is impossible for them to attend evening events. When they discovered that the village Hall committee had started the Community Coffee Shop🍰🧁☕️ (no obligation to buy), that would be open each Friday, to coincide with the weekly Market in the town. Our little event series began with one experimental event, to see if the idea of a daytime event would work. Thankfully, it has proved to be popular. Therefore, as we are situated in the Village Hall, it is an ideal time to have another 'Village Hall Week' special edition event again. The offer of a bonus souvenir is great & it may entice a few more attendees 😉 All are welcome to join us. It's a relaxed gathering and we are getting good at adding extra chairs as & when required😌. We offer all those who attend a warm welcome, geochat & laughter😜 The following badges can be earned during Village Hall Week.
