Cuilcagh: It appears your cache is missing - the throwdown of a plastic bag is not sufficient as a replacement.
This is covered under the local Guidelines for Ireland and they really shouldn't be used as animals tend to eat them and they create a horrible damp environment that after a while becomes filled with algae and slugs. If you use a good weather and waterproof container then you shouldn't need a bag.
