Be sure you have the most recent cartridge. PLEASE don’t download the cartridge and then not play it for ages. It is rather frustrating to read logs telling of issues that were fixed months ago
Before you start be sure the GPS is switched on in the software you are using for the Wherigo. Just because it is switched on in your GPS unit or on your phone doesn't always mean it is switched on in the software
