So, Saanich Parks came in and cut down and took away all the nasty, burly, overgrown, ouchy part of the invasive blackberry bushes. And the last two weeks we have been plugging away at getting the roots out. What we could still use tho, is some brute strength to help get as many roots out as we can. (Don't worry if you don't have brute strength, cuz I surely don't, there is still lots of ivy in the area we can pull out) I can provide shovels, and a puller? (tho I have no idea what that does. I was just told it would help) and of course some yummy cookies and snacks.
Also, please let me know if there are other tools I can bring in (from the Saanich Parks tool shed 
) that will help with this onerous task, keeping in mind its going to make such a BIG difference at the entrance of this sweet little park and we are going to forever be grateful for your help.
