"Visible" means something that can be seen from a normal standing position without getting down on one's knees.
It does not matter where you stand.

One end of the humanitarian overpass that crosses the JR Tohoku Main Line and the Tobu Isesaki Line loops around the north side of Kuki Station.
This road, originally called the Satte New Road, was opened in 1888 to connect Satte and Kuki by the shortest route.
At that time, the Tobu Nikko Line did not yet run through Satte, and the construction of a distribution network with Kuki Station on the Tohoku Main Line (then the Japan Railway Company), which opened in 1885, as the terminal was not yet complete.
The construction of a distribution network with Kuki Station on the Tohoku Main Line (then the Japan Railway), which opened in 1885, as the terminal, was an important issue for the surrounding municipalities.
The importance of this project is indicated by the straight road.
Since then, the Satte New Road level crossing has been in operation for 90 years, but the high economic growth in the Showa period (1926-1989) led to a saturation of automobile traffic.
The crossing was closed in February 1976, and the Marushima Ohashi Bridge, a pedestrian bridge and roadway span bridge, was opened to traffic in February 1976.
The pedestrian bridge and the Marushima Ohashi Bridge, which spans the roadway, were put into service in February 1976, and the level crossing was eliminated.
At that time, there were some houses on the east side of the crossing, and perhaps because of the anticipated difficulties in acquiring them, the elevating ramp was looped around to avoid the houses.

There is no parking. Please bring your own pen.
