This is a successor to the archived "A door to.." (GC4PY15) which lasted from October 2013 to April 2023.
Now that the building works which compromised the previous cache are completed, it seems reasonable to place a new cache in the same location. Maybe this one will last for more than 10 years!
The cache is a special - (vaguely) appropriate to the location with a little clue on it so you don't worry about fiddling with the wrong thing. So - if you've found something with no visible indication that it's a cache, then you haven't found the right thing yet - to be clear, if the thing you've found hasn't got a clear indication that it's a cache, then you are not looking at the right thing - and you shouldn't try taking it off.
For those of you who found the predecessor, you're not looking for the same type of container.
Please be gentle when extracting and replacing the logbook.
At certain times of the day this can be a reasonably busy area, so please be discreet when searching etc.
