In keeping with my theme of naming local bodies of water after my dogs (refer to Trevor's Watering Hole and Grizzly Bear Pond series of caches) I present to you Penelope River. Some people refer to this body of water as the California Aqueduct but Penelope and I know better.
This cache is a nice easy, and short, walk up from some dirt lot parking off of Johnson Rd.
