Leap Day Coffee Kick-off Event Cache

Once every four years we get a chance to cache on a special date.  Any day of caching starts better with a good caffiene infusion.  M and few other local cachers are going to make a day of going after that elusive leap-day add-on.  T has to work but we're meeting here so she can join us all briefly and wish us "Good Caching!".  All are welcome and we're all happy to discuss strategy for tackling the day.
