This is a challenge cache. You may look for this cache and if you find it, you may sign the log at any time. However. to log this find, you must first find 35 caches outside of the state of Washington. The finds can be of any type except Adventure Labs. They can be from any country and/or any state other than Washington.
This cache is to encourage cachers to enjoy caching while traveling. Of course, if you live outside of the state of Washington and are visiting, this should be even easier.
This cache is placed where the tide comes in and out. To get to the cache, it is best to go when the tide is not high. Medium or low tide should be fine. Or I suppose you could wade or kayak.
