Geocache Description:

歴史文化が色づくまち、信州松代(矢沢家の表門)

矢沢家は松代藩において、代々無役（むやく）席（筆頭家老格）を務め、江戸中期以後は石高1400石、預同心40人の藩中最高の家格でした。寛政4（1792）年に再建された長屋門は、間口13.19m、奥行3.72m、高さ6.83mで、屋根は入母屋造の瓦葺です。
