Dönerstag 2024 in London

I'm finally back in London over Easter and I would like to invite you to a typically german event.
What is a Dönerstag ?
The German word for Thursday is “Donnerstag” and Kebab translates to “Döner”.
In Germany, a lot of Geocaching events take place in kebab restaurants on Thursdays.
This is how a new word emerged for these events.
The first really big Dönerstag event took place on Maundy Thursday in 2007.
And for the 10th anniversary in 2017 there was even a Groundspeak souvenir.
That's why I would like to invite you to an event on Maundy Thursday.
We'll meet in front of a kebab restaurant.
So anyone who wants can eat a kebab, but no one has to get one.
