Devon&Somerset 'Fingerposts' - #21 Suttons
First you will need to go to the Posted Coords that will take you to a Fingerpost. You will need to collect some info and do some simple maths which will give you the correct coords to find the cache. We have given parking for the church car park which is near the Fingerpost where you can collect your info.
# The number of miles to Wellington plus the number of miles to Westleigh =A
# The number of miles to Bedbrook plus the number of miles to Appledore =B
# Near the top of the Fingerpost you will find a small metal plaque that has a year on it, you will need to substitute the numbers of the year for CDEF
By now you should have all the info that you need!
The cache can be found at: N 50 (A-C)(E-C-C).(A-C)(E+C)(A) W 003 (D-E)(E+C).(A-C)(A+B)(F+B+C)
Checksum for all digits of the final coordinates =65
The cache is a fair distance from the Fingerpost, we have given parking coords by the canal which is quite near to the cache!
