We have a new dog in our household and Fritz & Rizzi are trying to get used to her being around. If you find this cache, she will undoubtedly be barking furiously through the nearby picture window. Take time to wave "hi" to her as you are leaving.
Foxie is a Corgi-Australian Cattle Dog mix. She was fostered by our late friend Allison Wheaton who passed away in a nasty airplane crash in November 2023. Allison introduced Kat to Foxie at Summit Equestrian Center and we fell in love with this dog immediately. We adopted Foxie back in August...took her on vacation...she got loose in Kitchitikipi State Park in the UP and spent nearly 7 weeks living in the woods. Fortunately, a very nice group of Yoopers continued to watch for her and we eventually recovered her in October of 2023. Now she guards the front and side yards via the front window of our home. Since she is only a year old, she loves to romp and try to play with Fritz & Rizzi, but they are not so sure about doing that.
