Rebornscout: As I will be archiving most of my Edinburgh caches at the end of the year, I've taken the decision not to replace any missing caches.

Burdiehouse Burn Valley Park is a peaceful (mostly) green corridor following the Burdihouse Burn as it winds its way from Old Burdiehouse Road to Gilmerton Road. It is a rich habitat for wildlife with woodpeckers, herons, deer and even otters known to visit. Some of the paths at the southern end of the park (especially those in Moredun Woods) can be VERY muddy. I would like to thank the Friends of BBVP for help with both information on the history and for some of the ideas for the caches.
