This I-65 Rest Area cache is located on Interstate 65 at the 300-mile marker. The cache is not in the rest area but right at the edge. It is easily accessible from both north and southbound exits going into the rest area. Not quite a drive by, but the cache is a quick easy 200 ft walk from the southbound or northbound parking areas. The cache is large, at 16” tall, and it is not covered. However, it is camouflaged, and you might look right at it and not see it. Even with that said it is meant to be an easy find, just open your eyes and look. You will find plenty of room inside the cache for travel bugs, or anything else you would like to share. While you’re here take a look at the 11 ft long fish that is chocked full of plastic drink bottles. Also, there’s two other caches in the rest area, so it’s quite easy to add three additional finds to your cache list. If you like this cache please leave us a favorite point.
