Time for an Adams County CITO! I will be at ground zero to hand out trash bags and will collect for disposal off site. There are several directions to head out (except into the lake) in search of cans, bottles and all sorts of possible trash.
Host will provide trash bags, attendees are responsible for their own gloves and grabbers.
