This geocache is along a very pleasant portion of the Big Dry Creek Trail. You'll see the Cherry Knolls Pond, which contains sometimes hundreds of geese and a scattering of ducks during migration season. See if you can spot geese and ducks other than the typical Canada Geese and Mallards: you probably will. Can you see any turtles in the pond? And if you look skyward you may well see hawks, and sometimes even Great Blue Herons and Bald Eagles. You can walk south along the trail or take a paved side trail to a shopping center with many dining and drinking options.
