My 5yo son and I are really into geocaching - so much so that we wanted to set up one of our own! This is our first attempt. Let us know how we did. No frills here! Just enjoy the walk on this quiet, little known trail that isn't widely known outside of the Put Valley community.
This is a traditional cache - you're looking for a circular plastic jar-shaped container.
Geocaching got my kids into the woods - so this is definitely geared towards kids. There's a FTF prize in here - but save it for a kiddo if you're the first to find it! The cache should have a healthy amount of little trinkets that kids would find interesting (they're all from our kids' play bins!), so it should make for a good hike for the little ones. We hope to add another one farther down the line in the future.
