This one's for my late friend Dave, aka PlumNuts, who placed a cache (https://coord.info/GC36KBQ) in this area many years ago. I came back out to explore and hike to the rim of Buckhorn Wash and placed a new cache there. My round-trip hiking distance was 2.3 miles, and there are some steep slickrock slopes to traverse and some big cliffs along the route, so please take note of the terrain rating.
