The White Stone Irrigation Pond (白石埤) is in the Daxi (大溪) district of northern Taiwan. It is located near the end of the Datieliao Ancient Trail (打鐵寮古道), and at the southern base of White Stone Mountain (白石山). It’s a lovely pond, in a fairly secluded spot, and on weekdays, generally empty except for a fisherman or two. There is plenty of space to park your scooter or car near the cache.
