**Special Containment Procedures:**

The container must be equipped with a combination lock, with the combination set to "SourCacheKid’s birthday" (██/██/████). Access to SCP-9284's containment is restricted to Level 4 personnel or higher, and all interactions with SCP-9284 must be conducted under supervision.
Under no circumstances should any personnel attempt to open SCP-9284 without proper authorization and containment protocols in place. Any unauthorized attempts to access SCP-9284 will result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
**Description:**
SCP-9284 appears to be a normal-sized ordinary plastic container with white numerical markings written on its surface. However, SCP-9284 exhibits anomalous properties not initially apparent to observers. When ferromagnetic objects are brought within proximity to SCP-9284, it undergoes a subtle electromagnetic modulation, altering the vibrational frequency of the nearby metal ions. This phenomenon results in a disturbance in the immediate vicinity, which, when carefully observed from the left, right, front and then back, aids in determining SCP-9284's combination.
**Effects:**
Upon successfully entering the correct combination, SCP-9284’s true nature becomes apparent. When opening SCP-9284, individuals are confronted with the unsettling contents within. SCP-9284 houses an assortment of items that evoke feelings of fear, unease, or dread in those who view or interact with them.
Despite the harmless nature of the items contained within SCP-9284, prolonged exposure to its contents can lead to psychological distress, anxiety, and paranoia in individuals who interact with them. SCP-9284 appears to amplify negative emotions and fears, exacerbating the psychological impact on its victims.
**Containment Procedures:**

All personnel within the vicinity must evacuate to a safe distance, and the area must be sealed off until a task force can neutralize SCP-9284's effects and recontain its contents.
