Geocache Description:

This cache is placed on the Fall Creek Trail in Fall Creek (technically the Fall Creek Unit of Henry Cowell Redwoods SP) right before it crosses the creek. The little bridge here reminds me of Bucklebury Ferry, although obviously it's not a ferry and this isn't the Brandywine. Still, it kind of has that vibe. At the time this cache was hidden, there was a lot of water in the creek and some smaller rivulets running across the trail, but the "ferry" was easy to cross without getting wet.

You're looking for a camo'd Snaplock hidden at the end of a large redwood that fell across the trail. A chunk was cut out of it to clear the trail. It's difficult to get solid coordinates here, but you can look for the tree that crosses the trail and follow it to the former root side.

Fall Creek hours are sunrise to sunset. Dogs and bicycles are not allowed in Fall Creek. The closest parking is on Felton Empire near GC264G8 (waypoint included) although this parking area can be a little rough. It's a slightly longer walk from the main parking lot. Happy hunting!
