MALLET TOWN, Ark. (KTHV) -- The small Conway County community of Mallet Town is one of 24 certified ghost towns in Arkansas. It's located about 20 miles north of Conway and has fewer than 80 people, but the community believes someone is trying to scam every single one of them.

There are several caches along this road and this will be the first of five I add. They will mostly be P&G. Some, as in the case of this one, have treasure to share and a pen to sign the log.. There is room to park on the side of the dirt road but keep an eye on children as this road can be busy at times. Watch out for the Arkansas creatures, thorns and insects. You are looking for a BLACK HOLE on the north side of the road. This one has a minus sign on the opposite side. Please return as you find it so others can enjoy it.
