Driving along Kirtland Road I noticed a new public parking area at the White City Sewage Lagoons. Fresh gravel and signage indicate Rogue Valley Sewer Services are encouraging people to come to thier lagoons , hike and birdwatch. I have been looking for a spot like this to place a special cache. No animals were harmed in the placement of this GMO free geocache. Bring a pen.
Big hint: if you have ever been to Douglas County then you have probably encountered an FX Bill cache. This is similar but at least I'll give you a hint.
