Emu Vale is a small town between Yangan and Killarney. It was originally situated on the railway line between Warwick and Killarney, the station was opened in 1884. There is nothing much at this township now. I have often passed through commenting that there arn't any emus at Emu Vale. The cache is located in a small park on the out skirts of town.
