Geocache Description:

13 March 2024, 18:30 - 21:00

Geocache Description:

13 March 2024, 18:30 - 21:00

The Jolly Roger, 156 Priory Rd, Gosport PO12 4LQ

The car park isn't huge, but street parking in Vanguard Way,  Leveret Close, Hayling Close, and Heritage Way is available, and only a short walk to the pub.

Public transport is limited, The E1 and E2 buses get within 200m of the Jolly Roger from either Fareham or Gosport Bus Stations.  There are no trains.

If you enter by the door nearest the car park, that's the room we'll be in.  If you enter by the front door, go to the left.

The landlady, Pru, would like a rough idea how many people will be eating, so please indicate on your 'Will Attend' log how many will be eating.  Last minute attendees, don't worry, they can cope.

There will be the usual good raffle (£1 a strip of 5 tickets) and the large wooden treasure chest will be available for the swapping and discovering of Geocoins and Travel Bugs.

If you have not been to an event cache before and would like to experience something different, then please come along and enjoy yourself. We are a very friendly bunch and promise not to bite. If you are shy about coming alone, please do not hesitate to contact us through our Geocaching profile and we can meet you outside to welcome you in.

Other Cachers will be on hand to listen to tales of your caching adventures (both good and bad) and also maybe offer some assistance with those tricky puzzle caches that have you flummoxed!

Children will be made very welcome, provided that they are kept under control!

Any questions? Please feel free to drop me an email or message us via my profile if your require any further information.

Looking forward to seeing you all.

Chris (Stoke Bunnies)
