I love hunting caches in Old Cemeteries. It's quiet. Not any muggles. Very few bairs. Plus there is a lot of history in each one. Parking at either end of the cemetery.
Holly Springs is a really well maintained site. I could not find any history on this site. There are quite a few graves and up on the hillside it looks like that might have been unmarked grave sites. I did learn that this area was once settled by many African American slaves through homestead claims. That information was also very limited.
This cemetery has a lot of unique headstones. As alway, Please be respectful when visiting the cemetery and pick up any trash that you may encounter.
This cache is a small bison tube, hidden in a typical fashion. It is not near or on any of the grave sites. Please be careful retrieving and replacing this cache.. BYOP as this is log only. TOTT may be needed. Replace as found so others may enjoy the hunt.
