Waikoloa Dry Forest Reserve Traditional Cache

This cache is located on a dirt and gravel road that leads to the trailhead of the Waikoloa Dry Forest Reserve.  Please note that the yellow gate into this road will be locked for vehicle travel after 4PM to 7AM.    Plan accordingly and give yourself time and don't get caught locked in!   Keep to the roads going to the right.  No Trespassing is meant for the roads to the left where construction and other is occurring.   Be sure to wipe off shoes to sanitize and check in before going in to hike.  There are about 80 Wiliwili trees in the Reserve.   Used to be a tropical forest with lots of birds and wildlife before going dry.
