Stage 1 [posted coords] you are looking for a letter; you will then convert the letter into a number based on its positon in the alphabet [LETTER]
Stage 2 record the KC number [KC#]
Stage 3 use the second letter of the second word on the sign [SIGN]

xxx = (KC# x 20) + LETTER + 2
yyy = (LETTER x SIGN) + (KC# x 20) - (LETTER x 2)
It's a nice walk all the way there and back, but it's possible to find two of the stages by parking elsewhere and having a shortere walk. Choose whatever works for you.
