I wagged my tail and left this treasure hunt just for you! It's a paw-some adventure, leading you through Dorey Park â my ultimate playground! đł On this two mile journey across well established trails, you'll sniff out seven of my favorite hangouts before reaching the final stash. đ And oh boy, it's a blast for us furry explorers!
Stage 1, Sticks: Follow the clues to where the fun begins! Grab a stick and let's play fetch, or maybe just have a good ol' chew.
Stage 2, Squirrels: Keep your eyes peeled for those bushy-tailed critters scampering about. They always get my tail wagging!
Stage 3, Water: Ah, my absolute favorite spot! I'll splash around in the creek, chasing ripples and making a splash!
Stage 4, Ducks: Quack, quack! Let's take a breather by the pond and watch those feathered friends paddle around.
Stage 5, Cyclists: Time for a pause! Â Sit and watch the humans zip by on their bikes along the Virginia Capital Trail. So many sights and sounds! After you are rested up, head on down to the VCT to get to the next stop.
Stage 6, Deer: Shhh...quiet as a mouse! You might spot some deer grazing peacefully. I'll be on high alert, keeping an eye on those graceful creatures.
Stage 7, Horses: Whoa, those big guys can be a bit intimidating! I like to watch them trot around the horse rings â from a safe distance, of course!
Stage 8, Final Cache: The grand finale awaits! Sniff out the final treasure, tucked away in a spot we dogs can reach. Â Don't forget to post a photo of your best friend in the log!
