Sometimes the end of the road isn't a bad thing, sometimes it comes with treasure and a new beginning. The end of this road, like many, is the result of new construction, new housing and beautiful views. The end of this road is an opportunity to collect a smiley and then adventure on to new roads with many more smiley faces to find and enjoy. It's not the end of the road, but the beginning of the next one. This cache is at the end of the road, not on private property, in a very obvious location.
