St. Paddy’s Day. The day in which we are all bit Irish.
We dress in green. The beer we drink is green. Even the Chicago River is green.
But not all saints are so merry.
There are a family of Irish saints who rid Boston of a different kind of snake.

The Boondock Saints is a movie in which two Irish brothers defend their local pub from the Russian mob. (so dastardly, closing an Irish pub on St. Paddy’s Day) This begin a campaign of vengeance on the mob. A good romp full of wisecracking brotherly humor ending when their Da joins them in the final act of vengeance in the middle of a televised court session. Worth the watch.

Boondock Saints 2 starts with the murder of a priest in the style of the Saints meant to bring the boys out of hiding. The problem: it worked. Traveling back to America, the boys join forces with their Mexican friend, Romeo, who hails from a colorfull prople. (as evidenced by his car and choice of pistols.) Together they lay waste to the Boston underworld as only they can do. Ending with a big showdown between old friends.

Before each assassination of a boss, the Saints say this prayer over their victims.
And Shepherds We Shall Be
For thee, my Lord, for thee.
Power hath descended forth from thy hand
that our feet may swiftly carry out thy command.
So we shall flow a river forth to thee
and teeming with souls shall it ever be.
E nomini patri, et Fili
e spiritu sancti.
So, get right with your Jesus before you kneel to get the cache else you might hear two male voices with Irish brogues finish their prayer with a certain finality.

E Spiritu Sancti
Bring your own scribing tool. The cache is near both the farm store and the chicken coop.
