This is a series in honor of my 2-year old dog, Murphy, who has spent a whole lot of his young life either hiking to geocaches or sitting in the car driving to some geocaches. He is a great trail companion.
I was out with Bill of NHT5 nabbing some of the BS series and as we made our way around the NE corner of this pond I thought it was a perfect spot for another Bear Brook geocache placement except for the fact that there were no glacial erratics. Instead I went with a tried and true favorite, the pull down, so you need to train your eyes to look in the 12-14 foot high range.
