In 1977, a little over a year after I had returned from serving in the US Navy, I attended Petit Jean Vocational-Technical School to be a diesel mechanic. So Morrilton has some fond memories.
Fast forward to December, 2023, I found the hobby of Geo caching for the second time. This time, I introduce my 7 year old. It is a hobby for all ages and we both enjoy chasing smileys.
There are only about 19 active caches around Morrilton proper. It's time that changed.
Its Hide and Seek time.
The Nature Trail is a very nice park. It has several things going on in it. Did you know they have horseshoe throwing lanes, a skate board park, pavilion, walking trail and hammock hanging posts. The first time I was here was a Petit Jean Garden Club meeting. This park is very clean and closes at 9PM.
You are looking for a snap top tube, hidden in a typical fashion. You will need TOTT and BYOP. This park can be covered in muggels at times so great stealth is needed.
