To celebrate Geocaching Village Hall Week
18th – 24th March 2024
An informal event arranged to allow Geocachers of all ages to celebrate Village Hall week 2024. There will be the opportunity to meet with fellow geocachers, exchange trackables, get help with puzzles and enjoy the company of friends old and new. I will be offering tea and coffee during the event so be sure to bring a travel mug.
Who can attend:
Each and every Geocacher can attend regardless of whether they have found 1 geocache, 100001 geocaches or anywhere in between.
When:
Saturday 23rd March between 8.30am and 9.30am. We will need to vacate the hall at 9.30am for another booking.
Where:
Exwick Parish Hall, Station road, Exwick, Exeter EX4 2AA (see the headline coordinates).
Cost:
The event is free to attend. I have paid to hire the hall and would be grateful for small cash donations towards the cost of doing so.
Travel:
Car: pay and display parking is available next to the venue. On street parking may also be available nearby.
Bus: Catch a bus to Exeter St Davids or New North Road and it is less than 5 minutes walk from either location.
Train: Exeter St Davids is about 3 minutes walk from the venue.
Accessibility:
The venue should be accessible to all cachers regardless of their level of mobility. Well behaved dogs are welcome on short leads. Well behaved children are welcome too, it is up to you whether you put them on a lead!
