There's a cache here I was gifted, in place (Thank you PR7KGFR!). I'm finally publishing it for the intrepid few that will venture this far up the Fletcher Trail.
In recent years the USFS stopped posting restrictions 15 Mar-15 Aug for this area during viper nesting season up toward the shield. No longer a concern? I figured it was as much for hiker safety against protective bird parent attacks?
