Patagonia recently learned of a mystery item she will inherit if she can fulfill the stipulations of Peter Pesky's will. Seems she must first travel (without her spouse, which will not be easy for our co-dependent Patagonia) to at least 13 countries including all of the continents(see GCAGW8T-Mayday!).
Currently she is a bit short on both guts and cash for this mission. Where to go and when and how? Well nevermind those things for right now. First, she needs to apply for a passport.
Her husband, Prichard, scheduled her an appointment with the county clerk and drove her here to help her apply.
At the posted coordinates(the last parking spot in the row), for whom is this space reserved?
If handicapped person then the final is at N40 15.610 W74 16.328.
If person here for county clerk business then N40 15.598 W74 16.328.
If veteran then N40 15.568 W74 16.348.
Remember parking in this area is not allowed weekdays from 6-5 and is paid parking only S and S 11-11 and M-F 5-11. But I don't think you will need to look very long for this anyway, more of a standing than parking required.
